Our Corporate Finance Department at our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland (near Zürich) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


 


                HEAD OF FINANCIAL REPORTING (f/m)(100%) – maternity cover


This position could be ideal for someone seeking a fixed term contract for 7/8 months.


The purpose of the role is to direct and oversee the production and consolidation of all Group financial reports and statements and be responsible for complex Group level consolidation (IFRS).It is a leadership position reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer of Triumph Holding.


Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Provide the business with robust financial management information

  • Guarantee the reliability of reports through critical analysis

  • Ensure consolidated financial reporting deadlines are met in compliance to IFRS

  • Ensure that all documentation complies with company's regulations and professional standards

  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, treasury department

  • Work closely with tax and corporate finance services in all aspects required while maintaining excellent working relationships         


Your ideal profile:                          



  • Diploma in finance from one of the Business Schools

  • 8-10 years of finance experience including min.3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Qualified Accountant or Auditor (i.e. ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIA) is a must  

  • Extensive consolidations experience gained in multinational Groups

  • IFRS experience is required

  • Working experience with SAP is a must  

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Fluent English skills is a must, knowledge of any other international relevant language is an advantage
