On behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products,we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will manage the full-cycle of new products across EMEA.
 
Your tasks:

• Managing full project cycle of new products and undertaking needed actions


• Overviewing TPM capabilities, technologies and future investments


• Identifying and implementing value analysis 


• Preparing Bills of Materials to the supply chain organization for releasing into SAP


• Conducting line trials for new products at the TPM as well as audits


• Coordinating Technical Assistants in conducting transit tests on the new products (e.g. tertiary packaging, specifications, samples, etc.)


• Updating Bill of Materials and releasing to the supply chain organization for final release and downloading into SAP


• Supporting internal team in completing of assembly instructions in the product definition system


• Monitoring risk assessments

 

Your profile:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent field


• Over six years of work experience in a similar role


• Experience of working within a global, multi-cultural, matrix organization


• Working knowledge of QMS and Lean methodologies 


• Professional experience in working with packaging equipment, packaging material and filling techniques


• Broad knowledge of industrial processes of filling and packaging of consumer goods


• Excellent planning, negotiation and organizing skills


• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written, any other language of advantage


• Willingness to travel across EMEA
