Within our Talent Acquisition team, we offer a fantastic opportunity to join Talent Acquisition in a new and exciting role as a Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Project specialist. You will support all recruiting teams during peaks in workload and lead large recruiting projects (ramps up or reorganizations). You will lead the entire hiring process: From defining the recruiting strategy with hiring managers, through assessing, selecting and hiring the best talents. You’ll work closely with the business and HR to ensure we recruit and develop the best talent available, and in doing so you will help maintain a diverse, innovative workforce and a culture based on trust and performance. This way, you contribute to the success of Roche in Basel and Switzerland, and ultimately drive the goal of improving patients' lives.

We’re looking for someone who is able to counsel a wide range of hiring managers in different business areas on their own recruitment activity as well as the recruitment activity in their teams. Specifically, hiring managers will rely on you to bring expertise in

• Candidate attraction and sourcing methodologies that ensure a diverse pool of suitable world-class candidates


• Cutting-edge selection and assessment methodology to ensure we recruit resilient, high potential employees who can thrive in our working environment


• Identifying talent across the organization at Affiliate (country), Regional and Global level, and conducting high-quality talent discussions to build an internal candidate pipeline


• Conducting offer management, relocation and salary negotiations


• Supporting our HR organization in identifying process improvement opportunities in the areas of sourcing, selection and hiring and leading correspondent projects

Who you are

You're already an accomplished Recruiter with both agency and in-house recruitment expertise, ideally combined with experience as HR Business Partner. You'll likely have experience in recruitment within the Pharma industry or be comfortable operating in a global headquarter environment. We're looking for someone skilled at client and candidate management and skilled at identifying and attracting talent.

You possess the following skills and experiences:

• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools and used to recruiting in a global, complex and diverse environment


• Experience in driving and contributing to large scale recruiting campaigns, reorganizations, ramp ups, etc.


• An adept influencer, comfortable with adjusting your style according to different business areas and stakeholders


• Able to identify, ahead of time, potential risks in recruitment campaigns, and translate this into tangible actions


• Strong self-starter with good team skills, pronounced service orientation and problem-solving capability


• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills are instrumental to your success, combined with a make-it-happen mentality


• Fluency in spoken and written English is required, German is an asset
