We are excited to offer the position of Footwear Developer to become a new member of our Research and Development Team. You will work in an environment where your ideas will become realised into high performing functional products. As part of a relatively small team, you will be part of high-level decision making, and be wholly responsible for a range of products within the Performance All Day vertical.
A CV that is characterised by determination and passion. Additionally, you will have experience and knowledge in the following:
Footwear production knowledge and have previous experience as a product developer in the same or a similar field
Experience working with materials, with textile production knowledge a bonus
A good knowledge of product testing and awareness of footwear testing standards
Ability to follow complex processes and can offer ideas to improve on existing methods of working
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with multiple deadlines
Confidence to work on projects independently, yet also work well in a team
Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve
Extremely good communication skills in both written and spoken English
MS Office competent and experience with graphic programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (3D software like Rhino/Grasshopper a bonus)
Last but not least, you have an interest and passion for sport
