Responsibilities & Profile


Your responsibilities



  • Analyze and assess client challenges and needs

  • Deliver executable advice on strategic, business model, or operating model dimensions

  • Ensure top-notch quality of the deliverables

  • Lead client presentations and workshops

  • Develop project framework and plan, manage project execution and stakeholders, and support implementation

  • Build and organize project delivery team, including relevant KPMG subject matter experts

  • Coach and empower consultants

  • Coach client teams

  • Develop business proposals and support sales meetings

  • Manage client relationships during and after the engagement

  • Develop your external and internal network to spot opportunities

 

Your profile



  • Successfully completed a Master in Economics, Finance, Management, Strategy or any relevant University degree (e.g. physics, engineering...); relevant further education (MBA and / or project management certification) is a plus

  • Between 3 and 7 years of experience in consulting for Private Banks, gained through strategy and transformation projects covering front, sales, client, products, pricing, cost reduction and operational excellence topics

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capability to interact with client's top management and manage project stakeholders

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, not afraid to take responsibilities, able to handle pressure and manage changing priorities

  • Fluency in French and English (both mandatory), German a strong plus
