Your responsibilities:  

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing room key


• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks


• Process all check-outs including resolving any late charges


• Provide guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest


• Run daily reports


• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system

Your profile:  

• Knowledge of EDV systems: Opera, Word, Excel


• Fluent communication and writing skills in German and English
