Für unsere Exportabteilung Operations Order Processing suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als
 

                                                                               Sachbearbeiter Export auf Stufe Experienced (M/W/D)

Sie sind für die termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung der Kundenbestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung und Logistik zuständig.
 

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
 

•  Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Intercompany-Bestellungen


•  Anfrage der Liefertermine bei der Produktion


•  Organisation der Transporte zwischen Kunde / Intercompany, Transporteur und Produktion


•  Fakturierung der Lieferung an Kunde / Intercompany


•  Erstellung aller notwendigen Papiere für Versand, Zoll, ev. Ursprungszeugnisse etc.


•  Ausführung von Musterlieferungen an Kunden oder für Messebesuche


•  Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter der Abteilung für Backoffice-Aufgaben


•  Einkaufsbestellungen bei Lieferanten und Intercompany inkl. Import- und Retourenlieferungen


•  Erstellung von Gutschriften-/Lastschriften  


•  Abwicklung von Konsignationslagern


•  Überwachung der Lagerdisposition nach Forecast (Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf und Lager)
   

Ihre Nebenaufgaben:
 

•      Beratung rund um alle Export- und Handelsfragen aus dem ganzen Unternehmen (Fachstelle) 


•      Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten zu Exportthemen (Expertenwissen)

Ihr Profil:

• Eine Berufsausbildung, idealerweise aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich


• Weiterbildung im Bereich Export


• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service Bereich Export


• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
