Level of responsibility:supporting managing finance and budget (including grants management) related actions, as well as admin processes
Enabling environment: Under the supervision of the Finance and Budget Officer, the Finance, Budget and Admin Analyst will primarily engage with Institute staff, as well as service providers at UNOG and UNOPS.
Internal/External Focus: Internal contacts will be with Institutional and Research Programme staff. External contact outside the Institute will be to liase with Budget, Finance and administrative officers in the Secretariat as well as service providers such as UNOPS. External contacts may be extended to officials of permanent missions to the UN in Geneva

Contract duration: 364 days initially, renewable once subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability
