Partner & Vendor Management (P&VM) department takes ownership of and is accountable for streamlined interactions between internal and external stakeholders. We work closely together with our internal partners/departments/teams and strive to be the trusted advisor and natural go-to partner for vendor relationship matters. Roche SIS is currently in the process of transforming its P&VM function to become truly embedded in the business and able to execute on the above.

The Partner & Vendor Manager Intern will support our ambition to orchestrate vendor interactions that create symbiotic relationships between vendors and SIS, ultimately creating a climate that fosters innovation. In your role, you will be leading an initiative to streamline external contractors and consultant management and shape how we work. Additionally, you will be able to lead small projects and get insights into how the business needs from our customers around the world are becoming reality with the solutions Roche is developing. You will gain know-how about how a global organization works and how to engage with diverse people from all backgrounds to help you kick off your career.

Your main tasks would include:

• Participating and supporting various projects within P&VM


• Ownership of Consultant Management Process


• Supplier Governance and Management Support


• Business analytics, conclusion framing and holistic recommendation development


• Support of the P&VM team in day-to-day business tasks

Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:

• You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of Business Administration (valuable are double majors, e.g. with law, marketing, supply chain, organizational psychology), MBA is an asset


• Strong motivation, passion for teamwork in a diverse, international environment


• Ability to think out of the box


• Extraordinary desire to drive your career


• You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any further language is valued
