Simulation Engineer / Expert
Responsibilities
Development of WinGD Propulsion Electrification / System Optimization Platform and performing system optimization
Accompanying the process from initial system layout until final system integration (delivering engine models throughout the whole V-cycle)
Coordination with external suppliers and partners
Repurposing of optimized engine performance models for new application areas: e.g. virtual simulators or control models etc.
Requirements
Education
Master degree or PhD (however, not mandatory)
Experience
General knowledge of Internal combustion engines (2 stroke preferred)
0D/1D Simulation
Modeling of batteries and electrical parts
Experience in model based system engineering is appreciated
Desired Skills
GT-SUITE/GT-POWER
Simulink
Programming (Fortran, C, C#)
SiL/HiL
Good knowledge of English language
