Allocation of transactions: review and/or preparation of daily flow allocation
Management and training of Flow Coordinator(s)
Trade flow execution: support team in execution and assist the team in execution when needed - Coordinate with global trade execution teams on all topics and requests for efficient execution of trades.
Creation of Manuals/ Library of data on trade specificities, bank requirements along with team members, including the Senior Trade Flow Structurer.
Trade flow tracking: preparing reports on flow utilization and projections with support of structurer.
Managing a team, which involves training and development and maintaining a strong team who can efficiently support the business.
Assist on the creation of a Trade Flow Management system
Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Must have strong background and be able to work across multiple geographies, cultures, and working styles and techniques
At least 5 years’ experience in trade or commodity finance within a trading environment, or within the structured finance division of a bank
Ideal candidate with have previous experience in an international trading company within an execution or trading role
Trade finance experience & expertise in different methods of international payments
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience having managed a team previously
Experienced in developing successful commercial relationships with 3rd parties
Ability to express, understand and discuss complex concepts with fluency, in spoken and written English
Excellent command of English in spoken and written
