DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Scrum Master with Business Analysis for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.
An ongoing, greenfield, software project to replace one of our existing trading.
Requirements
Solid understanding of the tech stack
Planning and coordination skills: sprint planning, monitoring sprint delivery; run retrospectives
Support development teams to facilitate efficient delivery
Domain experience (commodity trading) is for sure a big plus
Humble, listen carefully, active listening
Relationship management should be a very strong skill of the candidate
Hungarian would be a good plus
