The Regional Financial Crime (FC) Controls Testing & Assurance (CTA) Analyst is part of the Financial Crime Compliance (“FCC”) Group. This challenging role will report into the Regional FC CTA Officer and will have the responsibility of further establishing the Regional Switzerland FC (incl. Client Identification, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, and Sanctions Compliance) CTA program.

You the chance to assist the Regional FC CTA Officer with the implementation of Credit Suisse’s FC Controls Testing & Assurance program in Switzerland through testing and assurance activities
Conduct in-depth Reviews (“CTA Reviews”) of key financial crime functions and controls within the Switzerland region, irrespective of the team or Line of Defense performing the control
Assess results of CTA Reviews into Management Information (MI) reporting to FCC and Bank management to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement and prepare summary results
Ensure any deficiencies found during the Reviews are remediated and documented by the appropriate groups. Liaise with control owners/performers to discuss reviews and findings and identify appropriate resolution/remediation
Support the maintenance of global CTA standards based on regional changes to controls and identified risks and priorities
Leverage global workflows and templates for consistent testing and documentation

A university degree in an area related to Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or alike is required
Experience working at a banking of financial institution within a compliance, business risk management and/or Internal Audit function preferred
Working knowledge of AMLA, AMLO-FINMA legislation and regulations, and FATF international recommendations is an advantage
Strong analytical skills as well as distinctive IT affinity to data processing and case management / client management tools analysis is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is an advantage
An enthusiastic approach to the role, together with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a well-organized working method
Professional communication skills that demonstrates an ability to deliver challenging messages with constructive and productive results
