Apply now!PrintWithin the global function SIS (Solution Integration and Services), the department of Commercial Analytics provides reporting and analytical solutions and services in the area of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service for local sales affiliates and specific global functions. We are now extending our scope in the area of Plant Maintenance.
As the Process Engagement Lead (PEL), you serve as a global business function lead for Analytics in the area of Sites & Services including Plant Maintenance, Facility Management & EH&S for Roche Diagnostics. You will work closely with colleagues in the global Operations and Site function business processes teams across the Roche Diagnostics Division to jointly define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and solution portfolio in the area of Analytics for Sites & Services. Your outstanding ability to lead and communicate will be pivotal to ensure consistent global adoption of proven best practice processes and solutions in order to increase the effectiveness of our Division overall in the area of Sites & Services.
Key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
Drive the Commercial Analytics portfolio for Sites & Services
Drive the adoption of global analytical solutions in the different manufacturing sites
Support the growth of data literacy and data driven discussions and decisions in the organization
Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives as well as secure buy-in from stakeholders worldwide
Communicate with various senior stakeholder groups on local, regional and global level
Demonstrate an awareness of new technologies (e.g. Advanced Analytics) and drive innovation to keep Roche Diagnostics at the forefront
To be successful in this role, your qualifications and profile include:
PhD or Master’s degree in engineering or related fields
At least 5+ years of experience in Analytics and/or Operations
Strong organizational, methodological and communication skills
Experience in organizational change management and with Senior Stakeholders
Ability to successfully lead cross-functional matrix teams, building vision and strategy, driving and influencing others for results
Proven track record of strategic agility and ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
You should be proactive, reliable and energetic with a clear focus on delivering results
Fluency in English is mandatory – spoken and written, German desirable
willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
