Your responsibilities



  • Continuous availability of the CRM (Customer Relation Management) system to all division users worldwide

  • Autonomous first and second level support for C4C user and administrator for CRM

  • Responsible for master data maintenance, user administration, address & contacts, reports, dashboards, data migration, campaigns, interfaces

  • Responsible to lead, execute, control IT-changes, developments, continuous improvements, testing, roll-out, documentation

  • Plan and execute training (basic and refresher levels, create training documentation)

  • Configuration of the system

  • Interface between business and IT departments

  • Assuring the marketing perspective within the processes / activities (alignment within Marketing & Sales)

  • Lead and management of the CRM system transfer to include all configuration issues and preparation of new system for the go-live

  • Good collaboration and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Project management skills

  • Good knowledge of CRM (Preferably C4C Cloud for Customer) and MS Office

  • Content Management System (CMS) skills

  • Affinity for IT and big data

  • Good aptitude for analysis, service oriented, team oriented, reliable, diligent, pragmatic

  • Good spoken and written German and English

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Communication preferred
