Ihre Aufgaben

For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec), which is a Global Business Area of METTLER TOLEDO and the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for a Sales / Service & Remote Trainer (f/m/d) 100%. Our employees develop, produce and market high-precision instruments to give our customers the maximum benefit in their demanding application areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the eLearning & Remote specialist by creating training course for the eLearning channel and function as a back-up


• Go-to-Customer as a service/sales coach and monitor competitors, for support and idea finding on new training subjects and methods


• Define target audiences for each course; communicate and promote the courses to the countries in a timely manner, optimize participation


• Support our product & service managers in the transformation process from classroom courses into the right format of eLearning courses


• Gather customer & MO feedback on each course and make changes to existing programs as improvement areas are identified


• Interact with all relevant stakeholders (Training, Marketing, MOs & SAM Excellence) to translate their sales tool & training needs into digital education solutions (content creation/administration and execution).

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar


• CAS in eLearning would be an asset


• Minimum 3 years' experience in service/sales training or in a similar/related area


• eLearning / micro Video creation experience in training would be a plus (career changers from similar fields are also welcome)


• A good trainer background in live eLearning sessions and/or classroom training courses


• Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and additional advanced knowledge with course authoring tools such as Articulate, Flash and HTML


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal and teamwork skills


• Credibility with multiple international cultures


• Fluent in English and advanced German skills required
