Your role
You will organize and prioritize In-Bound requests published on the VMS platforms
Based on priority, you will organize your work day to work on the most promising In-Bound requests
Using our internal consultant and candidate database as well as sourcing tools such as Jobs, Monster, TalentWunder, LinkedIn, Xing you will create long list of available professionals
You will contact candidates and consultants in order to create a short list
You will submit the best professionals and you will follow-up your contacts in order to secure the business, this includes preparation of the client meetings and price negotiation
You will regularly contact the MSP partners (KellyOCG, Allegis, Pontoon, Manpower, Randstad,…) and you will meet them
You will review and suggest improvements to internal process to best meet your goals and to improve our ranking
You will attend on a quarterly basis partnership meetings with Altran Key Account Managers and MSP providers
You will Support directly Altran Team Managers and indirectly Sales Managers/Key Accounts Managers to win projects
Drive the use of recruitment tools
Create and Drive sourcing strategies for optimizing time to hire.
Your profile
Highly committed and energic individual with a passion for sales and committed to success
3 years’ experience either in Talent acquisition and Staffing or in selling of consulting services in fast moving staffing environment: Pharma, Med Tech, CAD Design, SW Development
Good experience with recruiting agency, contracting business, dealing with freelancers
Nice to have : experience as a Key User with Vendor Management Systems such as FieldGlass, Beeline, Ariba, Onventis, etc
Native German and fluent in English
Service oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills
Result oriented
