Your responsibilities
Order parts, services, direct and indirect material
Expedite orders parts and services according to their urgency
Material Planning
Assist other departments in maintenance project tracking
Support quotation phase by providing prices for parts and services as well as their lead times
AOG Duty during evening and weekends
Identification of new suppliers (evaluation, verification "EASA/FAA" approval when applicable) and perform procurement market research
Your profile
Technical or commercial education
Practical work experience in the field of procurement (preferably Business Aviation and/or part-145 organisation)
At least 5 years work experience in Purchasing and/or Aviation area
Fluency in English & French, German is a plus
Good software skills (MS-Office and SAP)
Team and enterprise spirit with strong communication and negotiation skills
