Communications Manager - Corporate/ Diagnostics/Project Management (m/f) 100%
For our customer in the Lucerne region we are looking for a Communications Manager with strong knowledge of digital and social communications channels and measurement projects (m/f) in Rotkreuz, Schweiz.
Project Tasks:
- Develop, launch and evolve communication campaigns on key launches and initiatives, linked to CPS strategy, primarily focused on issues and change communications
- Expert communication counsel to CPS Leadership and LifeCycle teams
- Build and amplify stories for the media, IR, public and employees, with careful consideration of compliance
- Actively participate in the deployment of the communications strategy within CPS Business Area, collaborating across DIA
- Collaborate closely with the CPS Head of Communications & Information Office and team to develop impactful and comprehensive communication strategies to support key company initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans and projects on key global topics for both internal and external audiences across a variety of channels, including strategies and messages for executive, employee and external communications, as well as change communications
- Plan and deliver public relations and media outreach strategies and tactics (i.e., company press releases, talking points, media coordination and media training) with agency partners
- Learning agility and flexibility to adapt to changing environment
Skills / Requirements:
- Five years' experience in corporate communications and media relations; and/or related business experience with at least two years of relevant experience in diagnostics, medical device or other healthcare related industry
- Highly proficient in Microsoft / Google office programs, as well as strong knowledge of digital and social communications channels and measurement
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, SmartSheets, Base Camp, etc.
- Experience managing external vendors to meet business objectives within defined scope, timeline and budgetary guidelines
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing abilities; supporting the needs of external and internal stakeholders, affiliates, investors and journalists/media
- Demonstrated communications planning and project management skills with ability to develop, route and release materials within time-critical deadlines
- Expertise in developing, implementing and monitoring corporate communications and media outreach plans, media events and internal communication activities
- Ability to convert complex information into simple and understandable content that is audience appropriate and fit for use
- High business acumen and emotional intelligence
- Team player with initiative to work independently and interdependently and practices of promotional communication material in the healthcare industry.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field required, Master's degree preferred
Language:
- English : Fluent(Word &Writing) mother tongue to advantage
