Mission

Group Internal Audit is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity that is guided by a philosophy of adding value to improve the operations of Adecco. It assists the Company in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management, control and governance processes.


Group Internal Audit conducts performance, financial, and compliance audit projects. It has the responsibility to maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards. The Trainee Internal Auditor position involves working independently under supervision with some latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

  
Responsibilities

  • Performing audit procedures in the Adecco countries. This includes identifying issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting client processes and procedures;

  • Conducting interviews, reviewing documents and preparing working papers;

  • Identifying and documenting audit issues;

  • Assisting in the communication of the audit results and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management;

  • Developing and maintaining productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.


 
Experience

  • Student or holder of Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in one of the following or related fields: Business/Management/Accounting/Finance;

  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively (50%);

  • Language skills: English as requirement, French as a strong advantage, additional languages as a plus.
