(Senior) Design Assurance Engineer

The Design Assurance department supports R&D, Quality Engineering and Regulatory Affairs in Risk Management, in design verfication / validation and in testing topics. This support includes knowledge transfer, active participation and reviews.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for and creation of design verification & validation plans within state-of-the-art development projects, scheduling and execution of design verification & validation within development projects


• Reviews of product specifications and design verification / validation protocols and results


• Support of approved products regarding design requirements and product change management, as well as initiation and assistance of changes and updates of these products


• Ensuring ongoing support for R&D, Quality Engineering and Regulatory Affairs

Your Profile

• Qualification in engineering or natural science


• Approximately 6 years experience in the regulated environment; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and / or TAVI devices advantageous


• Design verification & validation methodology; Basic knowledge in requirements engineering and risk management methodology; Project management; Application of standards


• Solution-oriented, responsible and quality-conscious personality, which achieves defined goals even in a complex work environment


• Excellent English language skills mandatory; knowledge of German language is an asset
