We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative in the Eastern Part of Switzerland to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s Swiss team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will work in the field representing the brand in Switzerland in the Eastern part of the country.

Your mission:

• Being responsible for all sales activites in the eastern part of Switzerland, including trainings, events and identification of new business opportunities


• Organize and execute several sell-in meetings throughout the year


• Active relationship management with partners


• Administration / Data management in CRM system


• Close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department

• Du bist verantwortlich für alle Verkaufsaktivitäten in deinem Gebiet, wie zum Beispiel Sell-ins, Promotionen, Messen, Schulungen, die Koordination von Verkaufsunterstützung und die Identifikation von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten


• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Trade Marketing koordinierst du Initiativen wie On Magic Walls, Schaufenster, kleinere Kundenevents sowie Händler bezogeneWerbeaktivitäten


• Kundenbeziehungen aktiv zu pflegen und kontinuierlich auszubauen liegt genauso in deiner Verantwortung wie die Akquisition von potenziellen Neukunden


• Zudem bist du verantwortlich für das Management deiner Verkaufsdaten in unserem CRM-System – die Administration deines Geschäfts ist ein selbstverständlicher und wichtiger Teil deiner Arbeit

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:

• Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in sales in sporting goods or outdoor industry on the brand side


• A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged


• A passion for bringing sales intiatives to life in order to reach overall sales target


• Self-driven approach to organize the operational relationship management with our partner, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events


• Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail partners, media, and marketing partners.


• Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Fluency in German is a must, English basic skills are required, too.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Arbeitserfahrung im Verkauf von Sportartikeln oder in der Outdoorbranche im Aussendienst


• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Unternehmergeist, der sich über berufliche Herausforderungen freut und an ihnen wächst


• Du bist es gewohnt zielorientiert zu arbeiten und liebst es Verkaufsinitiativen Leben einzuhauchen indem du diese strukturiert planst und mühelos umsetzt


• Dir ist es wichtig auch die operationale Seite des Beziehungsmanagement mit unseren Partnern selbstständig und verlässlich durchzuführen. Dazu gehört das Planen und Durchführen von Händlerbesuchen, Datenanalysen, Aktivierungen und Schulungen sowie Events


• Das Aufbauen und Pflegen von Beziehungen zählt zu deinen Stärken und hilft dir ein nachhaltiges Netzwerk mit unseren Handelspartnern und anderen Interessensgruppen aufzubauen


• Du schaffst es unsere Handelspartner durch dein exzellentes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick zu begeistern


• Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch, Englische Grundkenntnisse sollten ebenfalls vorhanden sein.
