Currently we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master for our Basel office to make the team even stronger.
Responsibilities
Educate client about Agile, Scrum
Run Scrum for a group of senior architects, managers in order to complete Global Data Model design across multiple Commercial IT Programs
Manage senior stakeholders, architect
Requirements
Project Manager with extensive Scrum, Kanban, general Agile knowledge, history of proven deliveries of Scrum projects
Can apply Scrum in nontraditional environment, running a task force of architects, designers to finalize Novartis' harmonized global data model
Knows BI project workflow. Extracting, Transforming, presenting data through dashboards
Big Data, DWH knowledge
