SENIOR POWER ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

The Role

As a Senior Power Electronics Engineer you will be responsible for several key projects, reporting directly to the CTO / Head of Electric Propulsion Systems. These responsibilities will include:

• Define project requirements


• Manage project interface


• Lead, coordinate and participate in the development of hardware and software related to power electronics (motor inverter, DCDC converter, active rectifiers, …)


• Test the prototypes


• Maintain detailed and meticulous documentation throughout entire process


• Participate in the certification processes


• Build and maintain viable technical relationships with key supplier and development partners


• Industrialize the products

Your Profile

• Experience in design, prototyping and industrialization of power electonics sytsems


• Experience in certification an asset


• Education: Engineering degree in electric systems or electronics


• 7-12 years of professional experience


• Demonstrated ability to follow through and bring projects to its completion


• Target-oriented, with analytic problem-solving capabilities


• Well organized including ability to properly document


• Capacity to prioritize, manage time effectively and multi-task


• Fluency in English, French an asset
