Apply now!PrintThe Drug Product External Manufacturing unit manages the manufacturing and packaging of sterile and solid drug product across 48 contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and suppliers in Europe, North America and the APAC region. This includes both capacity-driven, and innovation-driven partners with highly specialized technologies. We also support 61 local redressers and several emerging market localization projects. Our tasks include establishing the strategy and leading the selection, implementation, management and decommissioning of commercial contract manufacturing organizations in accordance with the global manufacturing strategy to obtain best value for Roche in terms of costs, services and assurance of supply, quality and compliance.
In this position you will:
Be part of a team of 6 CMO Site Managers who are currently responsible for more than 10 CMOs, 10 Technical transfers and one key product launch.
Support with the implementation of lean LPS methods at key CMO sites/s, as well as, executing administrative tasks (eg financial transactions, minutes, meetings)
Support with the development of group/platform information (eg SQDEC, document repository, consolidated picture of CMO overview, overall capabilities, departmental one pagers)

Moreover you are/have:
A pro-active mindset and can-do attitude with excellent organizational skills
Very good communication skills
Proficient in English
Preferably some experience in pharma environment
