The positions are combined with Ph.D. studies at a top European business school (#4 in Financial Times ranking). As a research associate, you will be mainly conducting research on digital platforms and ecosystems, contributing to both the SNSF project and your own doctoral thesis. Supporting the professors in teaching activities will be a side activity. The position is offered for 3.5 years (70%) during which we ensure a well-structured process, regular feedback sessions, and constant support. You will work in a performance-driven, cooperative, and friendly environment with fellow Ph.D. students and side by side with highly experienced post-doctoral researchers. Applicants must meet the admission criteria for the Ph.D. Programme in Management (PMA) at the University of St.Gallen
Interest in (or experience with) information systems, digital transformation, management / organization sciences, and research methods (e.g. case studies, computer simulation, design science research) is expected
Working language is English. Academic writing and German language skills are considered as asset
