You Offer

 

• Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? Then, join us to develop our business and expand the frontier of modern Asset Management.


• A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field


• Relevant work experience of 3+ years, with a deep understanding of Digital Real Estate, its issues and opportunities in areas such as technology, data and business change


• Team spirit with an ambitious drive, the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen


• You stand out by your strong project management skills and a structured work approach, yet being able to deal with agile project management tools; preferably with experience in running projects at the interface of business and IT


• You are a self-starter, highly motivated, open for new challenges and passionate about real estate


• You are fluent in English and German and are able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior partners, any other languages are a plus
