Internship Project Data Analyst - 100%, 12 months
Uzwil
Duties


  • Supporting Head of Corporate Project Controlling with monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis of Customer Projects results

  • Develop and implement tools and processes to enhance financial transparency of the Project Plant and Single Machine Business

  • Developing Queries for financial data extraction and conversions, report creation and dashboards

  • Reviewing quality control and verify accuracy of the extracted data and revise methods and process

  • Produce and maintain all Projects/Financial reporting models and templates for internal reporting including financial statements, trend analysis and KPI metrics reports

  • Monitor and ensure that group guidelines and work instructions related to Customer Project Controlling are adhered to

  • Create flowcharts using MS Visio to develop and improve work flows and Project Controlling processes
Qualifications


  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics or Finance

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in working with large data sets

  • Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams

  • Broad understanding of commercial aspects and functions

  • Knowledge of SAP Modules FI/CO/PP/MM/PS & SAP BW would be an advantage but is not required
