Industrialization Project Engineer
You are responsible for the industrialization and the ramp up process for new products, with the aim of realizing an efficient and smooth product launch. Being involved in the development process you plan and lead projects for the introduction and transfer of new products to production sites abroad and in-house.

Your tasks


  • Responsible for project industrialization and transfer of new product according processes

  • Support R&D in product development to ensure reliable industrialization

  • According to R&D requirements, setup the test systems to assure testability of new products

  • Introduction of new products and processes to production sites in Murten and Vietnam (with on-site travel 1 to 3 times/year)

  • Sustaining engineering for problems that occur in production and test field after introduction as first point of contact and supporter in problem solving

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Microtechnics Engineering

  • Further education and experience in software development (Labview development) is a plus

  • Willingness to take responsibility and ability to structure and to facilitate complex processes

  • Able to deal with unforeseen circumstances and with several projects at the same time

  • Team player with good communications skills with different target groups and cultures

  • Fluent in English; very good knowledge in French and / or German
