Project Estimator / Technical Sales Support Expert - MSR
YOUR TASKS:
· Onsite analysis of the installed solution and the technical data at customer site.
· Reading and structural processing of tender documents and technical specifications. Highlighting of product gaps, exclusions, risks and opportunities.
· Creation of estimates for the cost groups (building automation) on the basis of bills of quantities, automation schemes and function lists with the calculation tool (for example, Baumanager, HOB, CPQ)
· Creation of automation schemas, equipment lists (including valve sizing) and data point lists where necessary.
· Development of supplies and cost specifications, based on functional tenders and performance data. Independent determination of quantities and missing information.
· Development and optimization of technical solutions together with the engineering team, the solution advisor and the sales department, accordingly to the tender documents.
· Selection of subcontractors in cooperation with supply chain. Inquiries and technical evaluation of the subcontractor offers.
· Support for the sales rep in the phase of price and GM determination.
· Cost and technical optimization of MSR offerings.
· Support in all sales- and approval- processes for the bid preparation (including TRR, ORR and eCap Tool).
· Planning and consequent tracking of all necessary work steps in the estimation process.
· Ensure an effective and seamless handover of the won project from sales to the projects team.
· Collaboration in the continuous improvement process of estimation fundamentals and associated processes.

Technical Support
YOU MUST HAVE:
· Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
· Previous experience working with complex technical solutions.
· 3 - 5 years working in a project design, installation or sales / estimating role.
· Good HVAC domain knowledge
· Network and PCknowledge / PC certification (Desirable).
· Fluent German. Good English. French is of advantage
