An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) segment of Private Banking Emerging Europe (Russia, Eastern Europe) located in Zurich. You will have the unusual chance to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Relationship Manager, working in a small and dynamic team.
In this role your main tasks will be:
You will set goals and prioritize activities to maximize business growth and client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity
You will provide an excellent and tailor-made service to our clients by finding tailor made products and product offering of the Credit Suisse AG
Daily you will be in touch with our professional clients (e.g. family offices, asset manager, professional investors) as well as with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal),
The opportunity for you to work closely with Senior Bankers on preparation of pitch books and investment proposals for sophisticated clients
You will handle complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) for offshore clients and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account
You will drive negotiations with internal interfaces and build positive relationships across the bank and industry,

Banking apprenticeship with further education or University Degree You already bring experience in taking care of UHNWI and/or HNWI clientele
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of work experience within the Financial Industry / Client Servicing
You love to apply your high client- and service- orientation and excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse client lifecycle
In your previous roles you have shown your attention to detail and high motivation to deliver combined with a strong ability to cope with pressure
Are you dedicated to take responsibility and you describe yourself as someone with a high customer orientation and very good communication skills?

Fluency in English is required. If you also speak Russian or German this would be a plus
