To reinforce our IT team, we are looking for a

 

IT Developer Software Tools - MS Access Professional (100%)

 

Main Responsibility

IT project support for different global initiatives with technical solutions. Tools that you develop must be oriented on the target architecture so that they can be integrated into our cloud computing suite later on.

Specific Responsibilities

• Noting and analyzing the users' needs and their qualitative high-level implementation in IT tools


• Rapid prototyping, creating robust IT tools in close cooperation with responsible parties


• Re-engineering complex Excel files with stakeholders


• Goal-oriented and collaborative work in a team and with stakeholders in order to implement projects on time and with the specified quality.


• Maintain and further develop the infrastructure and accesses in St. Gallen


• Support users with existing IT infrastructure (laptops, software, printers, telephone system)


• Administrative tasks using SAP Business One landscape


• Administrative tasks involving Office 365 and Azure



• If needed, take over additional tasks in the IT department

Profile

- Computer scientist (EFZ, HF, BA/BS) or career switcher with proven experience in the areas indicated with strong sense and interest in business needs

- Knowledge of MS Access, including setup of relevant databases (DB design, GUI, reports)

- Project management experience, certification a plus

- At least 3 years of experience in professional IT support of end users
