Project management support of the Compliance Program with focus on process,  tools and communication. This includes development, maintainence and improvement of the training and communications systems and platforms, risk assessment, sanctions and third party management tools, and other common tools as deployed in the program.


Responsibilities



  • Assist in the design and implementation and assume day-to-day responsibility for the management of select web- and google-based compliance management tools

  • Manage global training tools and records, acting as Technical Administrator for Group Compliance (requires interaction with IT, HR and possibly support of other Technical Administrators as well as administrative tasks in )

  • Develop and maintain the Legal and Compliance intranet presence, as well as other internal communications tools, liaising with global communications as necessary

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

  • Develop, implement, and review new and current departmental communication plans and strategies

  • Manage projects as directed


Education/Qualifications



  • University degree in law, finance, social sciences or business administration

  • Project management training desireable

  • Compliance training desireable


Experience



  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, thereof at least 2 years of compliance-related experience required.

  • Experience in the selection, management and use of  web-based tools, MS Office (Word,PP, Excel) (others a plus)


Knowledge & Skills



  • Highly organized, self-motivated and proactive, strong project management skills

  • Strong communication and networking skills

  • Strong technical understanding (web-based tools and interfaces)

  • Personal integrity and able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
