Global OEM Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced  sales manager with proven track record  in the OEM management and business development in a matrix multinational corporation?


 


In this role you’ll be…developing and implementing M-I OEMglobal business strategy while creating a proper business ecosystem to position M-I as undisputed market leader at key OEMs.


You’ll have an opportunity to…define OEM’s organization guidelines by setting up sales budget, defining strategic key priorities, managing and monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of OEM organization.


You should possess…10 years’ experience in a complex, matrix B2B international company, focused on OEMs or key accounts management.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Accountable for delivering OEM’s cross border business plan including  processes, tools, training priorities aligned with company rules and objectives.

  • Improve OEM intimacy on end to end global execution that will position M-I as a real long term partner.

  • Research and understand OEM market drivers, requirements and adapt  route to market plans.

  • Prioritize OEM account selection and focus (Customers & prospects).

  • Develop training content and education modules/workshops to support the management of OEMs.

  • Create functional links with Group Divisions, regional BUs and zone managers.

  • Ensure the coverage of OEM long tail customers and prospects.

  • Set the rules of engagement of Virtual team management model

  • Develop and monitor effective KPIs and Score cards to improve OEM business efficiencies.

  • Develop and deploy an OEM Partner Program.


 


Education and/or Experience Required:


 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business.

  • Proven track record in a matrix B2B international company, focused on OEMs or key accounts management.

  • Excellent Management skills and ability to lead global cross functional teams and projects.

  • Clear business acumen and strategic thinking ability.

  • Availability to travel 40% of working time (approx.)
