You Offer
Bachelor/Master degree in an analytical subject
8+ years analytics or Business Intelligence experience
Experience of leading projects and making change happen in a large organisation
Creative problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly understand the opportunities and constraints of existing architecture and solutions
Listening and questioning skills to fully understand user needs and translate them into realisable projects
SQL and data visualisation skills (ideally Tableau or Power BI) are essential
R, Python or other statistical / analytics relevant programming languages are nice to have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German or Polish language skills are an advantage
