We Offer
A meaningful role in our Vendor Engagement Team for Swiss Universal Bank IT/Operations
A flexible, on-call contract with irregular working hours (during normal office hours) and assignment periods on an hourly payment which can be ideally arranged with your studies
You will actively support the preparation and administering of contracts with external (IT) suppliers and handle administrative task independently
Work comprises classification of contracts, review of calculations, keeping our records up to date, get approvals from different internal stakeholders, etc.
This position offers you strong involvement and insight into contract management over the full contract lifecycle (from planning to termination)
You will become part of a highly motivated and dedicated team, working closely with diverse internal partners by supporting the successful collaboration between the different departments

You Offer
A Current enrolment in a University with focus on Natural Science or Law
First work experience or an internship in a familiar work environment is one of your assets that you bring to our team
You are used to work independently and have a reliable and thorough way of working, as well as a passionate and team oriented personality striving for excellence
Strong communication skills in German and English enable you to communicate with internal partners and to build up collaborative working relationships, additional language skills are beneficial
Excellent MS-Office skills (in particular Excel) and general understanding of database concepts
