ROLE DESCRIPTION

• You advise our international clients in the Wealth & Investment Management industry segment and are committed to expanding and optimising their market position, processes and IT systems

• You will be responsible for and lead various types of consulting assignments (e.g. project and program management, assessment of risk and compliance frameworks, assistance in the selection and implementation of innovative solutions and technology – FinTech, RegTech, strategy and business analyses, …)

• The establishment and expansion of business relationships with customers from the financial services sector is just as much a part of your tasks as the acquisition of consulting projects

• You develop and place marketable topics in financial services industry in order to expand your own business area

• In order to meet the high demands of our customers, you further develop your team members and ensure a high quality of the work results

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Successfully completed university studies in economics, banking and finance or a comparable course of study (school of engineer …)

• At least 7 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting financial services companies, private banks or asset management groups

• Extensive knowledge in project management, preparation of business analyses or business, test and migration concepts

• Excellent industry and process know-how, i.e. knowledge of the banking business, the current market environment, processes and supporting technologies

• Proven success in the acquisition of consulting projects and an active network in the financial services industry with a particular focus in Wealth & Asset Management

• Good knowledge of the Geneva market as well as a strong network

• A very good and convincing communication in French and English language is an absolute must

• 100% willingness to travel to clients

• Eligible to work in Switzerland
