Main Responsibilities



  • Reporting to Consumer Marketing Manager Switzerland


  • Shape consumer-centric, digital first, consumermarketing & engagement plan


  • Ensuring consumer experience on Social Media, Onlineand Retail Experience are cohesive and compelling


  • Support 360 marketing campaign planning for key productlaunches, incl. CTA ideation, briefing and execution


  • Create and maintain the social media calendar andproduction plans


  • Leads and integrates all media communications acrossclassic PR, e-PR.


  • Plan and manage budget for each digital communicationactivity


  • Analyze and share results of digital campaigns (SocialBakers and Popular Chips Knowledge is a big plus)


  • Main contact person for Influencer & Media Relations,sponsoring requests and the execution lead of all agreed activities and events(Backstage & Influencer Events, Press Events)


  • Conceptual design and production of local InfluencerShootings and ideation of CTA's


  • Main contact person for external advertising/production agencies / corporate communications teams


  • Seek for collaboration opportunities to enhance thebrand



Expected Skills



  • Bachelor/master’s degree in marketingor a related field


  • Fluent in English and German. Frenchknowledge is a big plus.


  • Proven working experience in digitalmarketing (min. 3 years)


  • Knowledge and passion for social anddigital marketing


  • Strong writing and communication skills.


  • strong analytical and multi projectmanagement skills


  • Solid knowledge of website analyticstools (e.g., Google Analytics)


  • result oriented personality who can copewith tight deadlines.


  • Moving independently in fast evolvinginternational environment


  • Building a community on social andother platforms are nothing new to you.


  • You have fun to monitor industrytrends and competitor activities and networking with different stakeholders
