Junior Operations Planning Fabrics Shirt & Neckwear

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

By now, we are searching for a fix position within our Operations Planning Fabrics team, in the Shirt & Neckwear Product Division, who will take care of the following tasks

• Mastermind all planning processes and milestones related to the seasonal planning of sales and production of the allocated Brands;


• Monitor sales for one or more Brands and create and manage raw material orders;


• Manage dedicated supplier portfolio, negotiation about lead times and capacities ;


• Manage relations with the internal and external network of the company;


• Develop and maintain operational and business KPI, strategical analysis and reporting.

• Have an Economic or a Management Engineering Degree;


• Have basic experience in Supply Chain Management or Planning ;


• Have excellent computer skills especially MS Office Package and Data Base  Management System, SAP AFS MM PP  would be a plus;


• Have proficient Italian knowledge as well as English; (German would be a plus )


• Have organizational, analytical and communication skills;


• Are able to manage the assigned tasks autonomously and  with great accuracy, to set your own priorities and optimize the time;


• Have a strong team collaboration mindset.
