Operations Planning Bodywear & Hosiery

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

By now, we are searching for a maternity substitution starting on September 2019 within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit who support the Operations Planning team in the following tasks

• Bulk production capacity planning for key stock programs to guarantee ontime delivery and availability of goods;


• Monitor and balance vendors production capacities;


• Follow stock levels in alignment with the Global Replenishment Team in our Headquarter in Germany;


• Ensure availability of goods and replenishment orders according to market needs;


• Develop ad hoc reports and analysis;


• Maintain and update frequently the Planning database to ensure correct information flow to related teams and departments.

• Have a diploma or degree in Economics or Engineering or experience in a similar role;


• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP;


• Be fluent in English, Italian and German will be a plus;


• Be able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy, set your own priorities and optimize time;


• Be flexible, open minded and team player.
