The IBM CIC is actively looking for an SAP CRM Consultant to join our team in Bern, the individual will support our clients for design, implementation, and support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules of SAP. Your role will be to :
Take ownership for the solution in the area of Marketing or Sales towards our customers and stakeholders
Accurate translation of business requirements into system functionalities, either by specifying them as system enhancements or by doing the respective system configuration
Designing and building new SAP based functionalities and business processes focusing on Sales and Marketing area
Configuration of the SAP CRM solution according to the process definition/requirements
Lead projects tasks and change requests in the Sales and Marketing area; work in accordance with and help to develop detailed work plans for our projects
Create or review functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration; functional support to our developers with the implementation of the same
Taking over the solution governance and build strong relationships with the counterparts on the business side
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
3 to 5 years of professional SAP experience with SAP CRM and SAP ECC
At least 2 full project lifecycles (design, customizing, testing, cutover and support) having implemented SAP CRM focusing on Marketing to Sales; SAP ECC (SD) is a plus
Know How in CRM Web UI, ABAP and debugging.
Knowledge in transaction systems such as SAP SD/FICO /QM is preferred.
Customer and results-oriented mindset is desired (experience with Agile methodology is a plus)
Advanced communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment (cultural awareness)
Quick learner, analytical mind, learn new Technologies and necessary functional domains to capsize learned skills as per client specific project / support requirements
A bachelor's degree or a graduate degree and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
