IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) Switzerlandis actively looking for a Techno-Functional SAP GRC Consultant to join our team, the individual will support our clients for transforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.

• Understand SAP security and business process concepts, and work directly with the client to identify technical issues and elevate appropriately


• Deliver facts, analyses and recommendations in an accurate, clear and concise manner


• Support appropriate SOD Ruleset content development against prescribed risks


• Handle multiple technically complex projects or engagements simultaneously


• Analyse the client’s environment including access & role structure and design roles within SAP systems


• Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels


• Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)


• 3 to 5 years of experience with the below skills


• Extensive experience with Identity Management/Access Management technologies (configuration, integration, development, support), gathering requirements, creating & implementing technical solutions, full lifecycle projects within IDM/IAM


• Application controls experience in SAP and of SAP authorization and security administration


• Experience testing controls, sensitive access and segregation of duties, in Role Mining, Role Design, SOD Implementation, SOX AuditandRole Based access controls


• Experience with Integration of Active Directory, enterprise systems (SAP) and like systems.


• Demonstrate an understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash)


• A bachelor's degree or a graduate degree and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience


• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
