The IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) Switzerland, a new, innovative and exciting part of IBM is looking for
a SAP Supply Chain Specialist and Architectto join our dynamic team. In this role you are a client facing professional and subject matter expert with a strong ability to understand the customer requirements to successfully implement SAP based solutions, satisfy the customers need and communicate complex ideas in a form appropriate for a diverse audience. Among others, you will :

  • play a key role in theImplementation of complex, large and challenging SAP supply chain engagements

  • drive and manage the projects throughout the entire life cycle starting with requirements gathering to the implementation of the solution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise





  • Strong consulting background complemented with relevant certifications and education (Master Degree)

  • Over 8 years extensive work experience in a consultancy or professional services firms implementing and delivering SAP Supply chain projects in the consumer good industry.

  • 6years or more of SAP PP-PI, QM, MM, LE&SD, EDI, MDM and S4 HANA experience

  • Skilled in problem/incident management, experience working in ITIL and Project Management environments, SLAs – Service Level Agreements and full lifecycle system support

  • An ability to pro-actively take ownership of and analytical problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English & French (written & spoken)
