We offer immediately or by arrangement a position as a</p><p><b>Tissue Engineering / Cell Biology Intern (80-100%), Zurich-Schlieren</b></p><p><b>We offer an</b> internship for a highly dedicated Tissue Engineering / Cell Biology intern that can support the development of next-generation skin grafts. The job candidate will support the R&D Department with the process development. The focus will lie on the optimization of cell isolation, expansion and cell characterization methods required to produce bioengineered skin graft products as well as assessing product safety.</p><p><b>You will perform</b> experiments independently and under supervision. Furthermore, you will assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will be able to assist in documenting research results and data analysis as well as assist in Laboratory Management.</p><p><b>You are excited</b> to work in a start-up environment and enjoy thinking outside of the box. You hold a BSc or MSc in a biological field (e.g. cell / molecular biology, tissue engineering, biotechnology or biomedicine) or a comparable education. Practical experience working with human cell cultures and strong aseptic working skills are a plus. You are a communicative, team-oriented and flexible person with a great sense of quality, responsibility and an independent working method. Good MS-Office knowledge is required.
