Spring Professional is looking for an experienced UX Research Assistant who will be supporting the UX research team with working on a new platform. You will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently on a variety of task. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.<p> <b> Your challenges</b> </p> <li> Preparing user research activities.</li> <li> Planning, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews.</li> <li> Administering questionnaires, surveys, and interviews.</li> <li> Taking notes during user study sessions and summarize findings.</li> <li> Make video highlights.</li> <li> Analyzing qualitative data.</li> <li> Creating reports.</li> <li> Communicating findings from the study to the research lead.</li> <li> Present research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.</li> <br/> <br/> <p> <b> Your skills</b> </p> <li> BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li> Experience preparing and conducting usability studies.</li> <li> Strong oral and written communication skills; can present findings concisely and effectively.</li> <li> Detail oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.</li> <li> Excellent analytical ability, especially with regards to observation of user behavior.</li> <li> Experience with the following is a plus: web technology and standards, business applications, online ads, retail.</li> <br/> <br/>
