For our client, one of the world's leading retailers in Zurich North, we are looking for an innovative, very senior personality as:

Director Project Portfolio Management (100 %)

Are you a resilient leader with a minimum of eight years experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects in the field of reorganization / restructuring, organization development, IT, Legal and Finance in an international, dynamic environment?

Key tasks:

• Managing an international project portfolio of up to 50 projects


• Direct leading of key strategic initiatives in the field of reorganization / restructuring, organization development, IT, HR and Finance throughout Central Europe


• Optimization of existing project portfolio


• Consulting and advising of various Stakeholders


• Presentations for Top Management

Your key skills and experiences:

• More than 8 years of experience in a very senior, similar role in multinational companies


• Strong leadership skills in a complex environment


• University degree in Business, Economics or related field


• Excellent command of written and spoken English, German and any additional language is of advantage

You will be based in Zurich-North with approx. 15% of traveling in Europe.
