The Design & Delivery Residential Team participates in all projects where new products and offerings like Neo-TV and 5G for the mass-market are developed. We ensure a brilliant Customer and Agent Experience.
Responsible for the scoping, design and implementation of changes for residential products and processes into the Customer Service functions
Drive strategic evolution and transformation of the Customer Service operating model
Manage all Customer Service aspects of cross-functional projects, including the Customer Service Project Team
Ensures operational readiness for new products and processes
Collaboration and alignment with different Customer Service Functions, Residential Marketing, Technology department and other units
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Experience in project management, telecommunication industry, i.e. in the customer service area
Persistent on important issues
Know-how in process management
Previous experience in a lean organisation or open to gain insight into one
English on fluent level is mandatory, german an asset
