About the role


To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is ready for a new challenge and keen to further develop his/her HR capabilities.


 


As our Senior HR Advisor your focus is on a high-quality delivery of HR services and driving internal customer experience to a designated client group.


 


In this exciting role you will drive operational excellence and strategic advisory by building strong relationships with business leaders located in Switzerland. In this role you will pay special attention to the following areas:



  • You advise on Talent Management, Succession Planning and Engagement for relevant teams in close collaboration with Global HR Partner

  • You act as a local business advisor on operational HR topics such as grievance, disciplinary, exit, under-performance and other key labor relations processes

  • You drive change projects such as restructuring and redundancy.

  • You drive cultural change and agility in business areas as required

  • You coach and advise senior Leaders across all people-relevant topics

  • You design and deliver training sessions for senior line managers as required

  • You analyze and comment on key HR Metrics to identify trends, opportunities and challenges

  • You lead local HR projects for Switzerland

  • You develop collaborative relationships with your HR colleagues across the local HR team as well as other HR teams and partner with your local HR Advisor and HR Partner for cross-coverage as required.

  • This role demands high agility in various aspects and it is therefore a great opportunity allowing lots of space to develop own ideas and to be creative.

  • It further requires some amount of grit and that you demonstrate the ability to apply strong and constructive influential skills.

The HR Advisory Team Switzerland is responsible for delivering effective human capital solutions and services to the line managers and employees in our offices in Zurich and Adliswil.


 


About you


We would be happy to hear from you if you have the following qualifications:



  • You have a university degree or equivalent HR background

  • You bring a commercial mindset and apply an agile working approach

  • You bring 5-8 years of experience in similar role

  • You are confident in applying and reviewing HR processes

  • You have local employment law and regulation knowledge and can apply this practically and pragmatically

  • You are an excellent standout colleague and you have shown that you are able to boost and sustain positive inspiring relationships within your team

  • You can deal with ambiguity and change

  • You are open and empathic

  • You are fluent in German and English

  • You are confident in working with Excel, PowerPoint

  • You are analytical and have a high EQ as well
