Your Role


Your mission


To strengthen our Swiss Engineering team, we are looking for motivated and dynamic consultants with expertise in automotive software solutions. They will play a challenging role and be key players in the success of our clients’ projects.


 As a Requirements Engineer, you will support our clients by:




•Participate in the Requirements Development Process in projects according to ASPICE standards

•Communication, organization and planning activities, interfacing multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders

•Management of information and systems in respective tools ( model based and document based)

•Management of requirements in DOORS

•Perform Requirement Definition at System/Software Level

•Update existing or define new system/Software features

•Provide requirement set for sub-system & Software teams

•Provide documentation to describe feature architecture

•Drivethe complete requirement life-cycle

Ideal Candidate 


•Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field of study

•Min. 4 years of experience in systems engineering

•Proven experience in handling customer requirements directly and task division

•Good knowledge of DOORS tool

•Good knowledge of automotive standards ASPICE and ISO 26262

•Fluency in German and English is a must
