Your profile

• You bring sound technical knowledge, ideally in Electronics,
  software and/or in regulated medical devices field.


• You have 5+ years of experience in technical support,
  preferably in a medical technology or diagnostics
  environment.


• You have experience in managing a team and proven
  leadership skills.


• You have sound knowledge in process management (Six
  Sigma / LSS).


• You feel at ease using customer service management and
  reporting tools.


• You are fluent in English. Any other language (especially
  German and/or French) is a plus,


• You are ready to travel, mostly in Europe.
